The Organized Fort was founded by Megan and Savannah—two Fort Worth moms who understand firsthand the demands of balancing motherhood, career, and everyday life. With backgrounds in sales, construction, and residential real estate, we saw how thoughtful organization could transform not just a space, but the way a home functions. Built on our shared experience as single moms seeking more time, clarity, and consistency, we created a service that blends functional systems—rooted in the Core 4 method—with an approachable, elevated aesthetic. Our mission is simple: to bring lasting order to your home or business, so you can feel relieved, focused, and free to enjoy the life you’ve built.

Co-Owner & Organizer
Megan is a Fort Worth native and TCU graduate with a background in sales and politics, bringing both heart and hustle to The Organized Fort. As a mom to her toddler son and dog mom to Stella, she understands the value of creating spaces that feel calm, functional, and easy to maintain. Known for her “golden retriever” energy, Megan brings positivity and warmth to every client and project, while her love for purging closets and creating order makes her the driving force and visionary behind The Organized Fort.

Co-owner & Organizer
Savannah is a Fort Worth-based Realtor and Texas Tech Red Raider with a background in sales and business development, bringing a strategic, client-focused approach to every project. Recently becoming a boy mom to her firstborn son and dog mom, she understands how important it is to create spaces that are both beautiful and functional for everyday life. She loves giving back to the Fort Worth community and enjoys all things western—from rodeos to classic western style—which inspires the warm, approachable feel she brings to every space she touches.
